CAN YOU CONNECT A CONSOLE TO THIS MONITIOR? IF YES HOW DO U CHAHGE THE REFRESH RATE TO 165HERTZ. YOU CAN GO INTO SETTINGS IN THE PC AND CHANGE THE HERTZ BUT WHAT ABOUT CONSOLE
