On the front side, the large copper base plate dissipates the most heat from the GPU and VRAM. On the back side, the copper back plate dissipates the heat from the GPU back side. All other key components are taken care of very well by the WINDFORCE cooling module. AORUS ensures the customer a better cooling solution in many ways.

Price is too high
the Price of GTX 1080 on launch was the same as the GTX 1080TI is right now and it costed way less than when it came out in Pakistan. Its open loot.

Gigabyte fans are fragile
If u have bought this or planning on buying this. Then Be careful. Check ur GPU fans carefully to make sure they are not getting stuck on the ribbon wires underneath or touching anything in the surrounding while rotating. If u hear clicking sounds while they are spinning stop immediately and inspect ur card for obstructions. Gigabyte graphic card fans are too fragile. They are attached to the rotating head by nothing more then a very thin 4 sided plastic clamp. I own a 980ti from gigabyte. The third fan broke after just 1.5 years. I would recommend anyone to buy a founder's edition (standard nvidia cooler) card rather then a custom cooler card. But if that is not possible try the better quality brands like Asus or Evga. Gigabyte needs to improve the design of their fans.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
